Framestore

Framestore is a company that creates images for clients. It started as  a 5 man team and has now grown to over 600 people who are artisits, computer scientists, producers, animators and engineers.

They do 'intergrated advertising' which involves visual effects, post production and distributing commercials.
They also has a design sector which includes people working on creating  images for story boards, visual effects and graphics. Framestore do web virals and a lot of things that use the medium of the internet  for clients. This includes games and videos among other things. Digital imagery is somthing else they do for things like trade shows and broshures. These images are are by instruction of the client and tailored to their needs
Film is another big part of what they do, from animation to complex video effects inculding creating photoreal settings. They can also do previsualisation work which means directors can see a film generated in CG so they can make creative decisions
